Moving day!
The macadamia project was completed and turned over to the homeowner on February 12, 2026
Almost 6 months to the day from when lot clearing began.
Home Specs: 3 Bed 4 bath 2700 sq ft ranch with 3 car garage and attached screen room, 2 primary suites for multi-generational living, custom kitchen with 14′ Island, custom built ins, propane fire place, complete home standby generator, paver patio, mini-split system
Every project starts with a piece of land and an idea. For the Macadamia House, those ideas started to take shape early 2025 when we broke ground on a new custom home. As a design-build project, Anchorpoint had been involved from the start—working through drawings, permits, and planning before a shovel ever touched the soil.
The goal for this house was simple: create a home that reflects the owner’s needs while keeping the process clear and efficient. With design-build, there’s no hand-off between architect and contractor. Our team managed both sides, so the vision and the construction stay aligned from day one. That approach helped to avoid surprises, keeps timelines realistic, and ensure decisions were made with the finished home in mind.

It’s the kind of project that shows why design-build works—questions get answered quickly, details don’t get lost, and the client can see progress without the usual headaches.
Whether you’re a future homeowner considering your own build or simply interested in how the process works, the Macadamia House is a clear example of what it looks like when planning and construction move together.
The journey from an empty lot to a finished home is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do—and the Macadamia House is a project we’re proud to share.
