Operations Director
With extensive experience in construction operations, property management, and regulatory compliance, Sean has built his career on accountability, efficiency, and results.
Before joining Anchorpoint Management, Sean held operations leadership roles across both regulated manufacturing and financial services. As Operations Manager for a licensed cultivation facility, he led day-to-day operations and played a key role in securing Maine’s first adult-use cultivation license. That experience gave him a strong understanding of compliance, process management, and operational efficiency in highly regulated environments. Earlier in his career at TD Bank, Sean managed foreclosure operations and property oversight, ensuring compliance with HUD, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae requirements while maintaining strict timelines and documentation standards.
At Anchorpoint, Sean serves as Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations across residential construction and property-related projects ranging from small-scale repairs to builds exceeding $1M. He manages all phases of project execution, including estimating, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and completion. Sean coordinates subcontractors across all trades, oversees permitting and inspections, and maintains financial and operational oversight across multiple concurrent projects.
Outside of his professional role, Sean enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. He’s an avid golfer and enjoys boating, hiking, hunting, and ice fishing. He also loves traveling and catching live music whenever he can. Sean’s favorite role, however, is being a dad. Whether it’s time in the woods or watching his son ride his dirt bike, Sean values every opportunity to be active and present with his family.
