Field Technician

With decades of hands-on experience in construction, facilities management, and property operations, Rick has built his career on reliability, consistency, and a strong commitment to well-managed environments. 

Before joining Anchorpoint Management, Rick served as Facilities Lead for the City of Auburn, where he oversaw the day-to-day maintenance and operations of Auburn City Hall and the Auburn Public Library. In that role, he ensured safe, efficient, and compliant facilities while supporting staff and maintaining structured, well-functioning public spaces. His experience provided a strong foundation in operational oversight, policy adherence, and proactive problem-solving. Earlier in his career, Rick owned and operated Rick D’s Carpentry, managing residential and light commercial construction projects from start to finish, and held leadership roles in both retail management and facility maintenance. 

At Anchorpoint, Rick serves as a Field Technician, supporting daily operations across multiple properties and job sites. He assists with building maintenance, project coordination, and on-site operations while helping ensure that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. Rick also plays a key role in maintaining the Peck Building and supporting team leadership in navigating day-to-day challenges and operational needs.
