Fireplace is now fully operational. Purchased new remote today. All light fixtures, ceiling fan, under cabinet lighting and new smoke detectors installed. New switches, receptacles, and wall plates installed. Drywall repairs above kitchen counters completed and ready for backsplash which will be installed Monday. Final coat of paint completed. Touch ups will be completed next week. Concrete crack repairs in basement completed. New bath faucets and washing machine drain pan installed. Next weeks schedule:
- Backsplash installation

Plumbing repairs completed with new toilet installed, kitchen sink plumbed in with new faucet, dishwasher reconnected, and new hot water heater.
- Fireplace remains inoperable after valve and line replacement. We will follow up next week with options to replace or pursue further diagnosis
All new flooring completed with new carpets throughout second level and new tile throughout first level. Cabinet hardware and backsplash tile are on order. Next weeks schedule:
- Electrician on site for light fixtures, switch replacements, and under cabinet lighting

- Initial primer/sealer coats have been completed throughout
- subfloors where carpets were removed have been treated with BIN for sealing
- countertops have been removed and new counters scheduled for installation 1/23 at 9am
- one broken toilet has been identified, replacement on order
- new floor registers, recessed lights, and bath exhaust covers are on site and will be installed after paint completion
- new interior door for bedroom was delivered today
- basement floor received a full seal coat
- Painters will return next week for finish coats
- Fireplace remains non-operational at this time – plumber is trying to source the correct regulator valve but having difficulty due to age of unit, more info to come
1/16/26
- Initial deep clean completed (3 days worth)
- Light fixtures removed
- New storm door and basement exterior door installed
- Countertop template completed
- Fireplace cleaned and troubleshooting determined failed regulator – awaiting quote for repairs
- Hot water heater not functional – unit is under warranty and will be replaced for labor costs only
- Painters began initial primer coat today Various Materials on order including new flooring

- All floors have been demoed
- Cleaner scheduled for Monday for first cleaning
- HVAC system cleaning scheduled for Tuesday
- Painting crew will be an end of next week to put on initial primer coat and seal everything
