Bookkeeper / Office Assistant
Detail-oriented and organized, the Bookkeeper/Office Assistant will support our financial operations and administrative team. Responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable, preparing reports for leadership, and assisting both the Property Manager and Operations Manager. You’ll also serve as the first point of contact for phone calls, ensuring professional and welcoming communication. This role requires someone who thrives on accuracy, time management, and supporting a busy office environment.
Qualifications:
Experience in bookkeeping or office administration preferred, knowledge of AP/AR, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication.
