Basement shelving completed Initial priming/paint completed Vanities received and in house to be installed next week Interior door and trim installation in progress. two doors will be swapped out due to mfg error. Powder Room Vanity was delivered today with significant damage. Reported issue to Nineteen Skies to file a claim on it. Drywall crew was on site today finishing up stairway and cleaning up. Trevor was on site this afternoon installing the shower Drywall crew was back to finish remaining drywall in bath and kitchen ceiling

Drywall Hanging nearly completed. Shower kit delivered this week – floor plan was found to have a crack and a replacement was delivered Thursday. Plumber will be on site Monday to install. Drywall crew will return after to finish the few spaces left open for shower install. Glass Shower Door kit delivered and inspected – all is good. Mudding/Taping to begin next Tuesday/Wednesday.

Insulation crew finished up the batt insulation this morning. Insulation inspection was completed today at 11am and passed. We will clean up and prep for drywall next week. Drywall delivery has been delayed until potentially Tuesday – they are a bit behind schedule due to posted roads and other jobs running long.

Ductwork modifications completed this week.
Basement daylight walls opened up – insulation scope expanded to include those.
Elevations provided by Brady-Anne were verified in the field today with no issues to report Insulation will begin tomorrow.
Expected to take 4-5 days. Insulation inspection scheduled for next Thursday. Drywall materials will be delivered Friday.

Cast iron pipe removed and replaced with pvc Living room converted to cathedral ceiling Flooring selections finalized Windows will be delivered Tuesday and installed next week. Plumber will be back on site early next week Electrician on site late next week”
“Demo nearing completion with roughly a few days remaining. Reports of potential trouble in the neighborhood last night. Stopped by house today to confirm all was secure. Double checked windows and doors. Everything is in good shape.”
